The traditional territory of the T’ít’q’et (Lillooet Band) includes the town of Lillooet and surrounding areas. There are about 320 T’ít’q’etmec (people from T’ít’q’et) and about two thirds of us live on our six reserves that cover almost 1500 hectares. Our main community is called T’ít’q’et reserve, where we have our administrative centre, the Kwikwa7 Centre and our spiritual centre, the Zcwalmicw Centre. We also have our own community hall, daycare centre, preschool, youth centre, and an arts and crafts building. In addition, our community owns a motel which is located immediately adjacent to the T’ít’q’et reserve.

The following historic photos are all from the Lillooet area.
