Visual Description :
Fife constructed of wood with metal keys and three circular metal bands: one on either end and one in the middle. The fife is divided into two components which may be separated. The component with the main blowhole is made of a lighter coloured wood and has an unknown thread wrapped around the portion that inserts into the main blowhole component.
