In this drawing, Bayne provides details laid out in five vertical bands, each of which is labelled on the right side of the detail. 1. The first detail, on the far left, shows a pink background with a gray figure and a canopy rendered in blue and brown. The figure is identified as "Mastra/Osmond." The inscription to the right reads, "+Light on N. side of Choir. Clerestory. S. Osmond. Dec. 4. Bp." 2. This detail shows the BVM with Child against a red background. The BVM is shown with a gray halo, gold crown, and tan and gray robe. The Child’s garments are green. The inscription to the right reads, "+Light on same side and same size." 3. Two details, one above the other are in the centre band of the drawing. The upper detail shows a canopy with red, gold, blue and black colours. The letters surrounding the mitre are "S P/O L A" (to left) "I O/ U S" (to right). The inscription to the right reads, "+r. canopy." In the lower detail is a figure in rust robe and with a gray-green nimbus. The inscription to the right reads, "+15th cent. Head in Triforium." 4. In this detail, Bayne shows the BVM with Child. The colours of the clothing are similar to that in detail #2, but the background is blue-violet. The nimbus of the BVM is rust, and she carries a sceptre. The inscription on the right reads, "+Light on S. side as others___. +Seés — Glass in Choir/ Oct. 11.64." 5. This detail shows St. Peter holding a key. The background is blue and his garments are green, rust and red on tan. The nimbus is red, as is the background of the gold canopy. The inscription to the right reads, "+Light on S. side."
